2) Yes, definitely. I haven't completely covered this but have alluded to it. I'm gravitating towards perhaps not ever (eek!) weighing myself again because I want to remove the "I will be this weight by this time" mindset which has scuppered me before. I think the way forward is to find a way of eating, which over a huge amount of time, gradually lets you equalize to a healthy weight for you
3) Yes agree. My BMI healthy weight range is similarly wide. When I managed to get into it, everyone said I looked "too thin" or "ill" (which was depressing). I will write about this. Yes, feeling healthy is what I want. I'm finding focusing on the relationship with food - via this project - is helping me so much more than my previous focus on numbers on the scale
