Brilliant piece. I can identify with a lot of the things you talk about. The thing is, it’s not possible to 'take a break’ from food to get your head together. You can take time off work, you can create space in a personal relationship, but you have to interact with food every day of your life. It sounds like what you are doing with food freedom is a really sensible approach.
