Don’t Say Sorry If You Don’t Mean It
“Sorry” is a word that we have cheapened through over-use. We use it to mean “Wait a minute” or “I don’t understand” or “I thought I’d got away with that” or “Don’t mind me” or “Get out of my way” or “That was an accident”.
Saying sorry is about honesty. Realising we have not treated someone in the way we ourselves would wish to be treated. And owning it.
