Episode 2 of The Nant Fawr Brews Podcast is Live
…and it takes an unexpected turn
You may find this hard to believe (having listened to my new “just for fun” beer podcast)… but I work in podcasting, professionally.
One of the reasons I started the Nant Fawr Brews podcast was to experience an industry I work in from a new perspective — that of the independent self-funded passion podcaster.
It’s been instructive already.
It appears I have lost a guest. Sai — who I met on this platform, had to postpone our first scheduled recording session due to illness, and then I haven’t heard from him since.
Sai — I hope you’re OK and I’d love to speak to you on the pod, so do get in touch if you’re still up for it, and no worries if you’re not.
When that interview didn’t happen I had a choice.
Wait until I could source another guest (not proving easy — I have quite a few people who have said ‘Yes’ to coming on, but there doesn’t seem to be much replying to emails going on at the moment... these are busy beery people doing lots of busy beery things, I get it.)
Or, improvise, and get an episode out on schedule.
I chose the latter. And it got a little odd (but quite entertaining in a weird way).
