Everyone Makes Out Self-Improvement To Be Easy

How about some honesty here?

This platform is filled with people who are not experts telling people how to live their lives, based on very little except some light Googling at best.

A lot of it is exaggerated, not founded on proper research, or just regurgitating existing advice (that the author may have misunderstood or taken out of context).

A huge amount of the articles are about self-improvement and there’s one major flaw in nearly all of them:

They make out self-improvement to be easy. But it isn’t.

And until we understand that, we’re going to keep on reading, getting nowhere, and getting frustrated.

That’s great for the “How I Made $5k In A Week With This One Writing Trick” brigade (who will happily rake in the cash), not so good for anyone who actually wants to make their life better.

So, what to do?

If we can understand why self-improvement is hard (and it will be slightly different for each of us) then we can start to approach personal development advice in a new way.

A way that gives it a much better chance of actually helping us…

Are You A Starter Or A Finisher?
