I can relate to a lot of this. When life gets busy, and when life is good, relationship with food (and in turn, weight) can take itself off in a direction that isn't helpful. You can change though, if you want to. Maybe the method or approach might be different than before because of how your life is now. But there's always a way to take steps towards the you that you want to be. Good luck.
