I enjoyed this article Mikaela. I used to weigh myself every week but it's only in the last few weeks, when I have started to really engage with my relationship with food, that I've decided not to weigh myself regularly. It is very freeing. Mindful eating is a real challenge if, like me, you haven't done it for 30 years (!) But, not weighing yourself is a real help, because, as you say, you stop seeing food as numbers (calories, scales etc)
