I Just Replied To An Email Sent to 300k Customers — I Wonder If I Will Get A Reply? Companies write to us all the time appearing to be ‘a person’, so what happens when you reply? I’m about to find out. It’s not a test though, I liked the email, I like what the guy did at the company he’s about to leave (I was a happy customer) and I can identify with his journey (company man, now leaving to start on his own). I told him what I do, of course I did. Customers emerge from conversations, especially genuine ones. I hope my reply goes to him. I hope he reads it. I’d love him to respond and want to work together. But, honestly, I just respect what he’s done and wish him luck in his new venture.
