Nature Never Goes Out Of Fashion

It’s our job to make sure it doesn’t go out of existence

There is give and take in many parts of our lives. Give each other respect, love and attention in a relationship, and take comfort, connection and joy. Listen to your friend and help them when they need it, one day they will do the same for you.

Do we give enough attention to this dynamic when it comes to the natural world? It’s there for us our whole lives. When we’re pushed around the park in a buggy as a baby, playing for hours on the beach as a kid, adventuring as a young adult. In later life, simply sitting and observing birds in the trees.

Whatever our season of life, nature gives to us, and we take. What do we give back? When is it our turn to return the favour?
