Really enjoyed this article. Food seems to be one of those things where people get tribal and won't be flexible. You'll get people saying "I'm right" about keto, and others saying "I'm right" about intuitive eating and they get SO ANNOYED when anyone says anything different. What your article reminded me of is that where we are with food will be a mix of our personal experience (what works for some, doesn't for others) and our cultural, societal and media context (what diets are trendy, what the counter-reactions are etc)
