Thanks for the shout out Elena and I agree with you about the importance of feedback (especially empowered). I always want more feedback - I often tell people I'm pitching / presenting to / meeting with... "If you're going to walk out of this session and say 'it was good, but...' then tell me the 'but' before you go!
