Thanks Steven. I’m definitely keen to give keto a try — I’m fascinated to see if it could work for me in the same way it has for you. Unfortunately in this stage if life — with young kids, family meals and normal family busy-ness, it’s just not practical for me to eat something completely different to the rest of the family at every meal.
