Look, I’d love to have the dedication to journal and meditate each day but it’s not happening any time soon.

And I’m just not really into manifesting… gotta say.

I try to be grateful when I can, but I’m not completing a three-point list every evening.

But there is one thing, that if I do it every weekday at least, my life improves. It’s that simple.

It’s been the same since I was a kid and I think it will continue until the day I die.

It just helps.

And I’m willing to wager that it can be just as positive for you…

What It’s Not

There are so many things that we instinctively commit to doing each day without really thinking.

This gives the lie to “I haven’t got the time.” If something is valuable enough to us, or fun enough, or just plain old routine enough… we do it.

How often do you “not have the time” for your daily coffee? Or cleaning your teeth? Or looking at your phone?

You see what I mean.
