The thing is 'eat less, move more' is kind of right. Eating less junk food and doing more exercise IS good for you. But you're right, for some, it won't enable them to lose weight. We are all different. The fitness industry seems to have got this - it's accepted that people want different things so train differently. Yet with food and weight, these encampments seem to develop. Yes Keto. No Keto. Weigh yourself. Don't weigh yourself. This article has made me think - thank you
