This is a great list. Two adds from me. 1 - Unruly kids late in the evening. A family restaurant during the day? I get it - there will be kids there and kids are not quiet. But in the evening? I probably had to pay for a babysitter to look after my kids so my partner and I could enjoy a quiet adult meal, I don't need to be back in a kiddie chaos zone late evening. 2 - leaving your table in a mess. I know part of the luxury of eating out is not having to do the dishes, but you leave your table tidy, can't you?
