Something that became quite apparent to me when I was working through this project is that many of the books that declare paths to greatness seem to accidentally exclude the detail about the challenges and crappiness along the way. How can they when they are selling themselves as experts with a perfect solution?
This was my whole reason for embarking on my original project, which in turn led to the formation of the publication. It's the "leaving out the tricky bits" where all self-improvement stories fall down. All our projects on here are powerful becuse they show the WHOLE PICTURE. Progress is possible, but it will be messy and unpredictable. And that's ok!
