1. Look Up At The Sky
The easiest and simplest of the lot. We live so much of our lives with our heads down, or at the most, level. Watching the world come at us, full pelt.
Think about it, when is the last time you looked up at the sky? We just don’t do it unless there is a real reason to, but trust me, it helps.
Looking upwards, you immediately take the distractions of the world out of your field of vision. Buildings, roads, people just disappear. Instead you see empty space and plenty of light.
You access a small feeling of escape instantly. Even in the middle of a city, look up and you get away from the feeling of being hemmed in. Just stretching…
