Losing weight is hard. Maintaining a healthy weight once you’ve got there is even harder. I know because I’ve done it. Succeeded. And failed. And gone again.

Yup, it’s hard.

But through years of struggle, you learn. You pick up things that work. I’m not talking diet tips here, I’m talking about mindset. Ways of thinking. Conversations you have with yourself.

Because at the end of the day, losing weight, like anything and everything else… is all in your mind.

Build A Streak

Momentum is everything in life. You’re never still, you’re either moving forwards or backwards, and usually accelerating too.

In terms of weight loss, this is a double-edged sword.
