Want to Lose Weight? Try Eating This for Breakfast
Simple, but effective
Weight loss is such an argued space. You can easily find (on this platform, and anywhere else) directly conflicting advice where both sides are backed up with scientific study and personal “I did it and it worked for me” testimony.
And breakfast is another fertile ground for opposing opinions, especially if you’re trying to move toward, then stay at, a healthy weight.
So, who to believe?
The answer (at breakfast, and for weight loss in general) is ludicrously simple — yourself. Believe yourself.
In my opinion (I wish those previous three words were used in more weight loss articles) “the secret” to living life at a healthy weight is this:
- experiment to find a way to live for you that stops you gaining weight (you just learned to maintain)
- experiment to find a way for you to lose weight
- go back to your maintenance method you discovered in the first step, and keep doing it forever
It really is that simple. Simple, not easy — there’s that crucial difference.
Oh, and don’t ever buy a diet book / plan / coaching course again. Those companies want you to fail over and over (after just a little…
