What Will You Learn Today?

Don’t say “nothing”

Home-schooling has been… different. I won’t say difficult because everything has difficult moments, but choosing that one word to describe the whole thing is inaccurate and negative.

Sitting next to my kid as they increase their knowledge is inspirational.

It sounds like I’m writing a greetings card or a 90’s American schmatlz-fest feelgood drama, but I’m not.

Watching my kid learn has reminded me that I need to keep learning. It’s so easy to get trapped in our lanes / conveyor belts / ruts.

Usually the conveyor belt is leading us towards trying to make more money, which, if we already have enough to meet our reasonable (be honest) needs, won’t bring happiness. Really.

There is a world of knowledge out there we just cut ourselves off from. Go find some of it. So, what will you learn today?
