Expect a little more from yourself
A friend of mine lifts weights. He was building toward lifting 120kg but he could only confidently do 100kg with the form and reps he needed.
He planned a settle-in session at his new gym. 2 x 20kg weights on each end of the 20kg bar = 100kg total.
He did his session as normal and finished happy that he was on-plan and had got to know his new gym.
When putting the weights back, he realised that what he’d actually put on the bar were 4 x 25kg weights (that his old gym didn’t have and looked very similar to the 20’s he was used to).
Without realising, he’d just done his target workout of 120kg with perfect form and reps (that he thought was weeks away).
